Malcolm launched his first album 'Only For You' in Alice Plaza on Wednesday 20th June. He writes and sings songs about his faith and to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ amongst indigenous people. His mother started to teach him about Jesus when he was 4 years old. Malcolm approached Tracks of the Desert for information on recording his songs at the beginning of 2006. At that time he was involved as a band member of Ilewerr Gospel Band. This band has also released their first album titled 'Ilewerr Gospel'. Malcolm continues to be a part of that band but is more focused on his own song writing at this time.
Malcolm recorded this album in the Women's Centre at Stirling early this year, taking three days in all from the beginning to the end. Peter Hacquoil from Tracks of the Desert (who recorded the Ilewerr Gospel album also), brought the recording back and finished the production process.
